
呂小妹教授 課題組
呂小妹,博士,江南大學(xué)食品學(xué)院研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。主要從事食品合成生物學(xué)及食品酶學(xué)方向研究,專注于食品功能因子的綠色制備,國家優(yōu)秀青年基金(海外)獲得者、江蘇省雙創(chuàng)博士。發(fā)表SCI論文30余篇,主持國家自然科學(xué)基金青年項目、國家重點專項子課題、江蘇省自然科學(xué)基金、江蘇省雙創(chuàng)博士項目等國家級、省部級課題7項,在健康食品綠色制造領(lǐng)域與多家企業(yè)開展合作。
